Stand design

Sometimes our clients have their own stand design, with complete production drawings – but this is not common. Most of the time, companies seek someone who can also help them figuring out how their stand should look like. Exhibitors need to keep in mind that the design of their stand is key for their success on any event they participate. The more appealing design your stand has, the more visitors you can expect – which, actually, is the goal of any exhibitor.

Our designers and architects have many years of experience and extensive knowledge about the exhibition industry, meaning that they know what usually works and what doesn’t. We always aim to turn the vision of our clients into reality, while keeping feasibility and practicability in mind too.

Whether you already have some ideas in mind, or do not know what you would like to build at all, we are ready to help you in your stand design process. Let us know the place and time of the event you participate at and the size of the area you rented, after some consultation we will be able to send you some preliminary visuals along with our price. You may already like the first drawings but there is always an opportunity to make changes. We work on the drawings until you are completely satisfied with the result.

After the confirmation of your order, we prepare the final 3D layouts and start to work on the production drawings. At some event venues, for certain designs statics documentation is also required, we can prepare these too. The only thing we need your help with is the graphic design: you need to send us some files with your logo, maybe some posters based on which we can do the production. The rest we will take care of.
